Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of K8 Casino and your use of all products and services made available via k8casinor.com (the "Website"). Account Registration

Only natural persons who have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts may open an Account. This section explains the eligibility criteria, account creation process, and your obligations as a Player.

Termination & Suspension

The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account and restrict your access to the Website in various circumstances. This section explains when and how such action may be taken and what happens to funds held in your Account.

Before closing, you should request withdrawal of any eligible Real Money Balance, subject to KYC checks and withdrawal limits. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If you remain dissatisfied and the dispute relates to the Operator's licensed activities, you may, where applicable, escalate the complaint to Gaming Services Provider N.V. in Curaçao, including via the email address [email protected]. You acknowledge that this regulator is not a UK body and that its processes and outcomes may differ from those of UK authorities.
  • No UK Gambling Commission jurisdiction: You acknowledge that the UK Gambling Commission does not license or regulate the Website, and that you therefore do not have the right to refer disputes to the UK Gambling Commission or to any UK-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider associated with UKGC-licensed operators.
